Financing a property in Versilia - what you need to know
It is important that you clarify your finances in advance. A loan can be taken out through a bank from your home country or through an Italian bank. However, non-Italian banks rarely finance properties abroad. If you decide to finance through an Italian bank, it is usually possible to get a mortgage for an Italian property.
